Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is a mixed bag - while the service and location are top-notch, the rooms left much to be desired with worn-out furniture and an off-centre headboard. The dining experience was delightful, and the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel is conveniently located near the center with good facilities, making it great to explore the main attractions of Rome. The rooms, although small and not very modern, include useful amenities like a PC with internet. The service is exceptionally helpful and kind, offering assistance with various requests. Dining options, while fair enough compared to Rome's prices, are enjoyable with delicious offerings like fresh fruits and great coffee. The noisy surroundings slightly detract from an otherwise good location. Facilities are satisfactory with essential amenities available.
Upon arrival, I noticed a slight tobacco scent in the rooms, but it was not unbearable and easily remedied by opening the windows. The furnishings were substandard with noticeable scratches, and the drawers lacked handles, making them difficult to open. However, the rooms face an inner balcony rather than the street and are located at the end of the passage away from the reception desk.
My stay at the hotel was outstanding! The rooms, despite being a bit stuffy when the windows were opened, were impeccably clean, bright, and equipped with efficient air conditioning. The complimentary Wi-Fi was a nice touch, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The breakfast provided was nothing short of amazing and truly enhanced our experience in Rome.
Upon arrival, there was a slight tobacco scent in the room but was easily resolved by airing it out. The rooms, although a bit dark and with noisy chillers outside, managed to create a nice atmosphere despite the poorly furnished substandard furniture. The service staff was helpful and kind, providing valuable local information and offering a warming breakfast with fresh fruit and coffee. The location was good for exploring local sights, though it could get noisy at times. The dining experience was excellent with a variety of delicious options, except for the flawless cappuccino. Overall, the hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives in different aspects of the stay.
